POPSI Trademark Infringement

The seller is using a confusingly similar trademark to my registered word mark “POPSI.”
Their product displays the term “pcpsi,” which is visually and phonetically similar to POPSI, and is likely to mislead consumers.

They are also using a circular red/white/blue logo similar to mine, further increasing the likelihood of confusion. This constitutes unauthorized use of a confusingly similar trademark under the Lanham Act and Amazon’s Brand Registry Policy.

I have attached comparison evidence clearly showing my POPSI trademark next to the infringing “pcpsi” used on the product.
